Frequently asked questions

Do these QR codes expire?
No. The code is generated locally and contains your data directly, so it keeps working forever.
What is error correction?
It adds redundancy so a code still scans when partly damaged. Level H survives the most but needs more modules.
Why is my QR code not scanning?
Increase the size, add a quiet zone, and make sure there is enough contrast between the foreground and background.
Can I use the QR code commercially?
Yes. You own the content and the generated image; there is no watermark or license restriction.
What is the maximum content length?
It depends on the error-correction level and character type. Very long text makes a dense code, so use a short URL.
